Over the past two months Dirac Research has been one of the most traded companies on Eqvor, and now we are inviting you to an exclusive group call with the company's CEO, Anders Storm.

About Dirac in brief

Dirac Research is a Swedish technology company that has taken a leading global position in advanced sound optimisation. With its roots in Uppsala and a team of audio engineers and researchers from all over the world, the company develops software that improves the sound experience in everything from cars and headphones to home cinema systems and mobile phones.

Its technology is already used by several of the world's largest electronics and automotive companies, and the company is in an exciting growth phase in which demand for its solutions continues to rise quickly. Dirac showed strong financial development last year. For the full year 2024, net sales amounted to 200 MSEK, an increase of 29% compared with 2023. EBITDA amounted to 34 MSEK, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 17%. The company ended the year with its strongest quarterly growth to date – an increase of 54% in the fourth quarter, driven by higher sales in the Automotive segment. As Dirac is registered with Euroclear Sweden (the Swedish central securities depository) the shares can be held in ordinary custody accounts with, for example, Avanza or Nordnet when you trade the share.

Dirac is one of few Swedish software players with a global impact in audio technology, and its revenue model is based largely on licence revenue, which provides high scalability and potential for continued profitable growth.
