How it started
After working in finance for a long time, we realised that trading in unlisted shares was shaped by inefficient processes, high barriers and above all a serious lack of transparency. Access to unique investment opportunities was often limited to those with extensive networks, and manual systems made the work harder for brokers and investors alike.
What was missing was a platform where buyers and sellers of unlisted shares could meet on equal terms – a solution that made deals smoother, simpler and fairer. Instead of cumbersome manual processes and hidden structures, we wanted to build a digital brokerage where transparency and efficiency come first.
That is where Eqvor began.
