On every company page you will find the funding history, key figures, price data, valuation multiples, ownership structure and other relevant company information, gathered in one and the same place. Together with the market activity in real time, that gives a picture of what the share actually trades at, not what someone guesses it is worth.

Liquidity: when you do want to sell
Shares that are not listed have lower liquidity, which means that they are harder to buy and sell than listed shares. Trading takes place within a more limited circle and not on an open exchange.
