How long does it take to complete an order?
It depends on the security concerned, the size of the order and any other complexity. It can take anything from a few minutes to a couple of weeks. We can never guarantee that a trade will be completed.
Once an order has been completed, it usually takes five banking days before the shares and the payment have been transferred to the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
What are your fees?
The transaction fee is usually 3% of the volume. It can vary depending on the size of the order, the security concerned and the complexity of the order. If the order is not completed, you pay nothing.
I want to trade a security that is not on your list – is that possible?
Get in touch and tell us which security you want to trade, and we will look into whether the share can be traded and whether we should add it to the list of unlisted shares.

Prices are updated in real time whenever a new trade has taken place in the security in question.
