Eqvor Securities AB (559379-7151) is a tied agent of the investment firm Alpcot AB (556963-4180) under the Swedish Securities Market Act (lagen (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden). The tied agent relationship is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), and Alpcot AB is supervised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
Alpcot AB is liable for pure financial loss that Eqvor Securities AB, through its activities as a tied agent, intentionally or negligently causes a customer in connection with the provision of the investment services listed under Authorisation.

As a tied agent of Alpcot AB, Eqvor Securities AB is authorised to offer the following investment services:
- Receiving or transmitting instructions or orders relating to investment services or financial instruments.
- Marketing investment services or ancillary services.
In other words, Eqvor Securities AB receives your order and transmits it. The trade itself is executed by Alpcot AB, in its own name on behalf of the buyer and the seller.
