The business
Cascade Drives develops and sells linear actuators and planetary gears based on a patent-pending load-sharing principle. The company has its registered office in Sollentuna Municipality.
Commercial milestone
In July 2025 the company received a first order for a product for use in the customer's commercial operations. The order concerns an actuator for use in a marine loading arm.
Strategic cooperation agreement extended
In December 2025 the company extended the strategic cooperation agreement entered into in 2024 with a global player in marine loading arms. During the year, an agreement on investment in building up inventory was also concluded with the same counterparty.
Financing
In the second half of 2025 the company raised 39.6 MSEK in the form of a convertible bridge loan. The bridge loan carries mandatory conversion for both the company and the lenders and is recognised within equity.
