What happened

On 10 September Eqvor held its first in-person event, together with Hubins: an evening about the unlisted market, in an apartment at Strandvägen 3 in Stockholm. The theme was the unlisted market from both sides of the table — the companies’ and the investors’.

The evening opened with an episode of Eqvor’s podcast Vägen till Exit, recorded in front of an audience for the first time. Cissi Nilsson interviewed CorPower Ocean’s founder and CEO Patrik Möller, and the audience could put their questions directly to him on stage.

Then the panel took over, with Patrik still on stage: Martin Lindman, CEO of Doktor.se, and the investor Hjalmar Didrikson from Alfvén & Didrikson. The conversation was about valuations, liquidity, ownership and what happens when a company chooses to stay off the stock exchange.

After that the evening continued with mingling, with a view over the water and champagne in the glasses.
