The Årdal-based company Enduser has entered into a partnership with the invoicing platform Billogram to improve the customer experience. Both companies are owned by Årdal Energi and see benefits in using the same payment solutions for their telecom services.
Billogram handles the entire invoicing process – from dispatch to payment. According to Enduser, it chose Billogram thanks to a flexible solution that integrates easily with Enduser's system, which brings together various administrative tools for businesses.
“At a time of rising demands for customer service and ease of use, we believe Billogram is an excellent fit with Enduser. We want the best solution for our customers, and this was a natural choice,” says Enduser's CEO Thomas Moen Klingenberg.
Enduser was developed in 2017 by system developers at Årdalsnett to make employees' working day easier. When the solution proved to work very well, it was commercialised as a separate company, with Årdalsnett and Årdal Energi as its first customers. Invoicing and customer dialogue are now being integrated into Enduser's digital work tool.
“With Billogram we are strengthening our complete solution, and I don't think anyone else in Norway can match the customer experience we can now offer,” says Moen Klingenberg.
Billogram's CEO Jonas Suijkerbuijk welcomes the partnership:
“Enduser has proven to be innovative, and its choice of Billogram confirms the digital flexibility we have built into our platform. We share the ambition to meet customers' needs and make payments as smooth as possible.”
Billogram is growing in Norway and has recently signed agreements with Trollfjord Bredbånd, Sector Alarm and Redningsselskapet.
