The board of Aira appoints Peter Prem as new Group CEO and Anthony Loizeau as Deputy Group CEO with responsibility for market operations. They succeed Martin Lewerth, who leaves the company at the end of May.
Since its start in June 2023, Aira has grown into a leading player in clean energy technology, with launches in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom, over 1,200 employees and an annual revenue run rate of 150 million euros. The company offers a complete heat pump solution with a monthly payment plan and a 15-year guarantee.
Peter Prem, previously COO, has among other things built up Aira's factory in Poland and worked for more than 20 years in senior roles at Tetra Pak. Anthony Loizeau, until now CEO of Aira Italy, now takes responsibility for sales and marketing. He has previously held senior positions at Verisure, Orange and Nestlé.
Harald Mix, Chairman of the Board, thanks Martin Lewerth for establishing Aira and laying the foundation for continued expansion.
Peter Prem and Anthony Loizeau emphasise that the focus going forward is to accelerate growth, scale the business and strengthen the customer journey.
