Weekly Wrap-Up: Out on open water.

Here is the most important news from the past week from the unlisted companies on Eqvor's platform. A week in which valuations were tested — on Nasdaq, on Eqvor and in the year-end accounts.

  • Einride debuted on Nasdaq — rose by close to 90 per cent at most, fell back on day two
  • Stegra frees up 1.5 billion euros in credit and signs a rail agreement with Green Cargo
  • The Doktor24 acquisition delivers: operating profit up to 24.8 MSEK
  • Blykalla first to apply for state financing for new nuclear power in Sweden
  • Quartr's IR data now available in Perplexity via MCP
  • New episode of Vägen till Exit: Mikael Gellbäck, CEO of Nordiska

Einride — Stock market debut on Nasdaq

Trading in Einride started on 10 June on Nasdaq in New York, through a SPAC merger with Legato Merger Corp. III. The share rose by close to 90 per cent at most — on day two it fell back to the reference level.

The Nasdaq debut Price Change
Opening price, 10 June 15.00 USD +50% vs reference
Close day 1 14.99 USD −0.1%
Close day 2 10.53 USD −29.7%

The valuation at completion: around 1.35 billion dollars, compared with 1.8 billion when the deal was announced. The listing brings in just over 200 million dollars gross — capital that will go to customer growth and continued technology development. The company today has 200 electric trucks in operation and 92 million dollars in annual recurring revenue.

The listing is the starting point, not the goal. “Now it is about convincing the market of our model and then delivering, delivering and delivering,” says CEO Roozbeh Charli.

Stegra — Credit, rail and a timetable still pending

An agreement with the lenders frees up 1.5 billion euros — just over SEK 16 billion — in unused credit lines, according to Bloomberg. The settlement follows the spring's capital round of 1.4 billion euros. The company has also signed an agreement with Green Cargo for rail freight between Boden and the ports of Luleå, Skellefteå and Umeå.

New information on the timetable is, however, not expected until the end of the year. “By then we will feel confident having this dialogue,” says CEO Henrik Henriksson. The financing and logistics are falling into place — the timetable remains the open question.

Doktor.se — The Doktor24 acquisition delivers

Two years after Doktor.se acquired its competitor Doktor24, the subsidiary — which is still reported separately as Doktor 24 Healthcare AB — is showing its strongest result to date. “A very good deal,” says CEO Martin Lindman.

Doktor 24 Healthcare AB 2025 2024 Change

Blykalla — First out in the state's new financing model

On 5 June, Blykalla applied for state financing for a reactor park in Norrsundet, Gävle municipality — the first application under Sweden's new financing model for nuclear power. The park comprises six SEALER reactors with up to 330 MW of installed capacity and annual production of 2.76 TWh. The model combines state loans, a two-way contract for difference (CfD) and risk and profit sharing. The parameters are now being negotiated with the state, in parallel with permit applications under the Swedish Environmental Code and the Nuclear Activities Act.

At the same time, DI reports hesitancy in the municipalities that have been singled out for new reactors. Blykalla's application thus becomes a first test of how the model works in practice.

Quartr — The data goes into Perplexity

Quartr's IR data — earnings calls, transcripts and filings from more than 15,000 listed companies — is now available in Perplexity through an MCP integration. The data can be combined with other sources in Perplexity's agent environment Computer. Access requires Quartr Pro. Another step in the partnership with Perplexity, whose earnings features were already built on Quartr's API.

Eqvor — Two pieces of news this week

Unlisted in the EFN studio. Eqvor visited EFN to talk about the market for unlisted shares and go through the top lists on the platform. Koenigsegg was highlighted in particular — according to the latest trades on Eqvor it is valued at SEK 16.4 billion, almost double the level at the new share issue at the end of 2024 — as was Blykalla, the most traded share on Eqvor by number of trades so far in 2026.

New episode of Vägen till Exit. Mikael Gellbäck, CEO and co-founder of Nordiska, is the guest on this week's episode — about the journey from Söderberg & Partners to a bank of his own with SEK 10.7 billion in lending. New episodes are released every Tuesday morning.
