Sigrid Therapeutics – Ozempic challenger and funding round

Sigrid Therapeutics is preparing the launch of Carb Fence, an approved weight-loss product in the US that is expected to be rolled out broadly during 2026. At the same time, the company has raised 45 MSEK from well-known investors. The company's valuation rose to ~600 MSEK with the round, and Sigrid Stabiliser is expected to generate revenue of 40 MSEK during the year.

Hasko Invest – Acquisition marks Nordic expansion

Hasko Invest has acquired a majority stake in Exit Zone ApS, a leading player in safety and emergency lighting in Denmark with revenue of approx. 50 MSEK and 15 employees. The deal strengthens Hasko's presence in the Nordics and is fully in line with the strategy of investing in profitable, niche product companies with a strong market position and growth potential.

Quartr – Strong growth and product breakthrough in 2025

Quartr sums up 2025 as its strongest year so far with 200% ARR growth and several new partnerships with global hedge funds and tech companies. The platform has undergone major product improvements, where the launch of AI Chat, file uploads and automatic earnings summaries has set a new standard for qualitative company analysis – all driven by real-time first-party data.

Quartr became the year's top price performer on Eqvor with an impressive share price development of +93.25% during 2025.

CorPower Ocean – Strong breakthrough year & commercialisation

• €57.5M in EU grants awarded
• New investors from Tokyo Gas and GTT
• Projects in Portugal (10 MW) and the UK (5 MW) under way

CorPower is strengthening its role as a global cleantech leader and showing the way to 24/7 carbon-free energy.

Koenigsegg – The family company streamlines

Chief Operating Officer Halldora von Koenigsegg explains in a recent interview with Di Weekend how Koenigsegg is growing strongly, but is deliberately slowing volume growth in order to strengthen efficiency and quality instead.

“We are not going to get bigger. But we are going to get more efficient.”

The company sets clear internal limits on growth in order to preserve its unique culture, high level of craftsmanship and control at every stage – a strategy that sets it apart from many other fast-growing manufacturers.

Koenigsegg was on the top lists of most traded unlisted shares, as well as top price performers on Eqvor in 2025.

Virtune – Rebalancing & continued growth in crypto ETPs

Virtune has carried out its regular rebalancing of both the Altcoin and Stablecoin ETPs. The Altcoin index is now equally weighted across ten assets, which gives more balanced exposure to the crypto market beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. The Stablecoin ETP has at the same time been adjusted marginally to reflect market developments.

Overall, Virtune continues to build a clear institutional offering within regulated crypto exposure.

• Crypto Altcoin Index ETP: December +0.32%, weighting reset to an equal distribution.
• Stablecoin Index ETP: December +0.53%, weight adjustments without changes in assets.

Epidemic Sound – New partnership

Epidemic Sound is starting a collaboration with elevate.io, a leading platform for collaborative video editing. Through the integration, users get access to world-leading music directly in the editing workflow – entirely without rights issues.

Stegra – Swedish solution in sight for crisis-hit steel venture

Stegra is still hunting for capital – and now much points towards a “Swedish solution”. According to information given to Di, a major Swedish investor is ready to step in with new share capital, while the state is preparing support via the Swedish National Debt Office (Riksgälden).

The package aims to secure liquidity in the short term and enable new loans. The situation remains critical: the company needs SEK 10 billion, earlier plans have fallen through – and several international investors have pulled back. But with domestic support, Stegra may get a new chance.
