In this video we present the Swedish unlisted company Blykalla, which develops small modular lead-cooled reactors – with the ambition of solving one of the greatest challenges of our time: stable, fossil-free electricity. Through factory-built SMRs, passive self-cooling safety and a patented solution to lead's corrosion problem, Blykalla is positioning itself at the forefront of next-generation nuclear power.
A test facility is being built in Oskarshamn. The first commercial reactor is planned for 2029. A partnership with Oklo – backed by Sam Altman. You can find more information about Blykalla as a company and Blykalla's shares HERE.
