Mentimeter Announces Change in Ownership Following a Secondary Transaction

Mentimeter: Change in ownership after Nordstjernan's divestment of Nordstjernan Growth

Stockholm – Mentimeter AB (publ) announces a change in its ownership structure after Nordstjernan sold Nordstjernan Growth and its portfolio. The buyer is a company owned by Caspar Callerström and Thomas von Koch, both with long experience from the Swedish private equity firm EQT.

The deal concerns a secondary sale of around 5.8% of Mentimeter's outstanding shares, making the new owners the company's fifth largest shareholder. As it is a secondary deal, no funds go to Mentimeter. The sale follows Nordstjernan's strategic decision to divest its growth portfolio.

– We would like to thank Nordstjernan Growth for their support since 2022. In less than three years we have increased our ARR from 300 MSEK to over 500 MSEK. We look forward to continuing to grow together with our new owners, says Johnny Warström, CEO of Mentimeter.
