Products and deliveries
56 cars were delivered in 2025 — a record for the company. The Solan production line in Ängelholm is running at a rate corresponding to 65 cars per year. North America accounted for 59 per cent of revenue.
The model portfolio was broadened during the year. All 30 units of Sadair’s Spear were sold before launch. The first CC850 was delivered in June. Gemera received EU homologation in December — a prerequisite for European deliveries.
Strategic development
Koenigsegg acquired the remaining 50 per cent of PEKO Fastighets AB (the factory property) in October for 93 MSEK. Production of Dark Matter electric motors started in Älvdalen. Operating cash flow doubled to 323 MSEK, but a heavy investment year reduced cash from 300 MSEK to 28 MSEK. Johan Ekdahl (formerly of Volvo Cars) took up the post of CFO in November.
