Hasko Invest becomes new majority owner of Rollover AS

Hasko Invest AB (publ) has acquired a majority stake in the Norwegian company Rollover AS, a global market leader in ergonomic laminating tables for the print and sign industry. Rollover was founded 25 years ago by Jarle Hansen and Heidi Thue and over the past fifteen years has had a clear focus on developing ergonomic solutions that streamline workflows in professional lamination.

The company sells its products through an international network of resellers and distributors and has revenue of approximately SEK 45 million with good profitability. The business is based in Mysen outside Oslo.

Following the acquisition, CEO Dag Eirik Thomassen together with other key people will remain as minority owners and continue to be responsible for day-to-day operations. The partnership with Hasko Invest creates the conditions for continued product development and a greater international presence.

Hasko Invest sees Rollover AS as a company with a strong product portfolio and a clear leading position in a global niche market. The investment is in line with Hasko’s strategy of becoming a long-term owner of profitable, growing Nordic product companies with sustainable competitive advantages and international potential.
