Doktor.se reports that it has now completed its latest funding round of around 250 MSEK, with very strong interest. The share issue was 2x oversubscribed, and over 80% of the company's existing shareholders took part.
The capital will be used for continued growth, with a focus on new acquisitions in Germany, among other places, and the launch of Aktivt Hälsa+, a new private health service in collaboration with Skandia and Söderberg & Partners. Sales are planned to start at the end of November.
The strong take-up in the share issue signals continued high confidence in the company's strategy and its role in the future digital healthcare landscape.
Yesterday an episode of DI's podcast “Ett rikare liv” was released, with Martin Lindman, founder and CEO of Doktor.se, as guest. Among other things, he talks more about the latest round, confirms again that a listing is planned for autumn 2026, and responds to the criticism that has circulated in the media. He also talks about plans to launch a plan for entirely privately funded healthcare in the Swedish market, while also growing abroad. Listen to the full episode HERE.
