Founded in 2021, byWiT is an investment company focusing on digital growth companies in the Nordics and Northern Europe.

The company is led by an experienced team of entrepreneurs and investors, including founders Ulf Söderström, Elias Jacobson, Thomas Karlsson and Nalle Söderström. Their strategy is to combine minority investments (10-40 %) with operational support to create long-term value. The philosophy is based on identifying and developing digital challengers with scalable business models and the potential to become industry leaders. byWiT works actively with sustainability and strives to combine profitable growth with the UN's global sustainability goals.

E-farm

A digital marketplace for used agricultural machinery that is revolutionizing how farmers and dealers buy and sell machines. Through a combination of technology and AI, E-Farm has become a key player in the European agricultural machinery market.

Klingite

A design platform that offers on-demand services to businesses of all sizes. With a subscription-based model and an innovative solution, Klingit has attracted large customers and continues to grow rapidly in the market.

Bright

A SaaS solution in the energy market that gives both companies and consumers tools to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs. Bright has a strong position in the Nordic region and is continuously growing with its focus on sustainable and innovative solutions.

The total value of the portfolio amounted to 970 MILLION as of Q3 2024, and the majority of companies are expected to reach profitability by 2025, according to byWiT.

Future plans and vision

byWiT continues to focus on companies with profitable growth according to its "Rule of 40" principle, with the aim of building a portfolio of "global champions". With low refinancing risk and a strong pipeline of potential investments, byWiT sees great potential for value growth in 2025 and 2026.

2. Click on the buy button at byWiT in the OTC list.
3. Choose how many shares you want to buy and at what price, and to which depository you want the shares delivered.
4. Wait for the order to be matched.
5. Send your settlement note to your bank/securities company.
6. The shares land in your custody - Done!
