How it started
Having worked in the financial industry for many years, we realized that trading in unlisted shares was characterized by inefficient processes, high thresholds and, most importantly, a significant lack of transparency. Access to unique investment opportunities was often limited to those with extensive networks, and manual systems made life difficult for both brokers and investors.Â
We needed a platform where buyers and sellers of unlisted shares could meet on equal terms - a solution that made doing business smoother, easier and fairer. Instead of cumbersome, manual processes and hidden structures, we wanted to create a digital brokerage service with transparency and efficiency at its core.

Eqvor was born there.

Our vision is clear: Eqvor should be the place for unlisted.

Filip has over ten years of experience in finance and has worked at leading investment banks in Stockholm, London and New York. He has a great passion for the private market and has for many years actively brokered unlisted shares and worked with capital raising. With a strong network and business drive, he wants to develop the industry.
Felix Forsgren
Felix has built several digital companies and has expertise in product, strategy, marketing and finance. With experience in company building and growth, he is driven by developing scalable business models and innovative digital solutions. His analytical and solution-oriented approach has contributed to two previous exits in tech.
Felicia Forsgren
Felicia has a tech background with experience in product, digital design and content creation. She is driven by creating innovative, user-friendly solutions that make a real difference. She has experience in taking digital products from idea to reality and is passionate about creating innovative products. Has made two exits in tech.
