How long does it take to complete an order?
It depends on the type of security, the size of the order, and any additional complexity involved. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of weeks. However, we can never guarantee execution. Once an order has been executed, it usually takes five banking days for the shares and funds to be transferred between the buyer and the seller.
What do your fees look like?
The transaction fee is generally 3% of the volume, but it may vary depending on the size of the order, the type of security, and the complexity of the order. If the order is not executed, you pay nothing.
