The trade is matched and completed
"When your buy order is matched with a sell order, the transaction is completed.
If the company is registered with Euroclear, your shares can be delivered directly to your regular securities account — for example, with Avanza or Nordnet. This makes it easy to keep all your holdings organized and accessible in one place.
If the company is not Euroclear‑registered, you’ll instead be registered directly in the company’s shareholder register. In that case, the shares won’t appear in your portfolio, but you’ll receive a share certificate confirming your ownership. It’s still a fully valid holding — just administered in a different way."
